XZ6600 HDD is integrated with self-loaded design and adopts advanced and proprietary technologies such as electro-hydraulic proportional control and load-sensitive control. The main performance parameters and control technologies have reached the international advanced level. The main components of hydraulic system and other systems are all of world-famous brands with reliable quality.
1. The digital display system directly displays the main construction parameters such as rotation torque and push-pull force, which overcomes the shortcoming that the traditional drilling machine used pressure gauge needs conversion, and the operation is simple.
2. The power head rotation torque and push-pull force overload protection system adopts electronic sensing with rapid response and high reliability. The rotation torque and push-pull force can be accurately preset. The power head spindle floating reliably protects the drill pipe thread to improve the service life of drill pipe.
3. The dual-power system adopts Cummins high-pressure common-rail electronically-controlled engines of China Ⅲ emission standard in which either engine can complete all the actions of the machine. Equipped with multi-gear stepless speed regulation technology, it can adapt to a wide geological range and has low construction cost.
4. The sliding of the drilling frame relies on the push-pull by cylinder and the adjustment of penetrating angle is simple, convenient and safe.
5. Three-cylinder vise ensures the reliable clamping of drill pipe and large screw off torque. The vise floats all the way, which is convenient for the casing construction.
6. With multi-pump joint and splitting flow control technology, high engine power utilization saves energy and fuel. It adopts multiple advanced energy-saving control technologies such as load-sensitive control and electro-hydraulic proportional control. 4、Electronic System
The electrical system is equipped with electrical startup button, fuse box and power master switch.
In consideration of construction features of horizontal directional drilling rigs, the system adopts advanced intelligent control technology and CAN bus technology, and the display of each instrument is clear for easy observation.
Displayer with large size and high resolution can automatically display the actual push-pull force and rotation torque during the construction.
PLC control technology realizes the monitoring and alarm of engine speed, water temperature, oil pressure, hydraulic oil level and temperature, oil return filtration, power head limit, etc. and fault self-diagnosis function, which makes the maintenance convenient.
Wire-controlled walking realizes stepless adjustment of speed, which ensures convenient operations and safe transfer.
The multi-gear control and stepless speed regulation of rotation and push-pull make the machine suitable for a wide range of geological strata.

5、 Drilling Frame
The front rocker arm and the rear support cylinder work together to realize luffing, and the angle adjustment operation is simple and the adjusting range is wide.
Welded drilling frame of high-strength steel with standard bracket can realize automatic centering of drill pipe, ensuring easy operations. The sliding of drilling frame is driven by cylinder, making the angle adjustment convenient.

6、Power Head
The machine completes push-pull actions through rack-and-pinion. Power head spindle floating technology effectively protects drill pipe threads and variable motor realizes high-speed push-pull. The push-pull force can be adjusted steplessly according to working conditions to protect drill pipes.

7、Vise
The HDD is fitted with rotatable, self-centering and powerful vise for screw off, making the clamping of drill pipe stable. The vise can be moved integrally on the drilling frame to facilitate the construction method of the casing. The front and rear vises can slide relatively, which provides good view to the operator and makes the maintenance and changing of vise jaw convenient.
