XZ230F HDD is the new products which set advanced technology, user experience, efficiency of construction as a whole, and pay more attention to construction requirements, operation habit, system energy saving, and could be widely used in urban pipeline construction such as electric power, communication, cable TV and so on.
1.The height of the whole machine´s entry point is low, and the adjustment range of the
drill frame angle large enlarged: 10～22 °, owing good adaptable ability;
2.Hydraulic pilot control, provide comfortable operating performance and flexible regulation, first-class brand of hydraulic components to ensure the reliability of the machine hydraulic system;
3.Rack and pinion sliding, to ensure the stability of the carriage and the reliability of drive operational. The floating technology of drilling head can greatly protect the drill pipe thread, the service life of the drill pipe 30% increase.
4.High-speed sliding systems, piston motor to achieve high and low sliding speed of carriage, instantaneous increase ,increasing the ability to adapt the machine working
conditions, promote construction efficiency.
5.Mud flow can be operated in cab, convenient and swift.
6.The whole machine adopts protection technology such as seat switch, logic interlock, proportional wire-controlled walking, electrical shock protection and so on, meet the
CE safety certification requirements.
7.Sliding, rotating system multiple output, quick clamping speed ofvice,system energy
saving, high efficiency of construction, efficiency increased by 30%.
8.Support the diverse needs of customers, the machine can be increased with cab, air conditioner, cold start, mud antifreeze, automatic loading rod, electrical shock protection automatic thread oil daub etc, reduce the working strength, improve the construction efficiency.
