The XZ2000F horizontal directional drilling rig is an integrated fully self-contained design. It adopts a number of advanced energy-saving control technologies such as closed energy-saving loop, electro-hydraulic proportional control, load-sensitive control and the company’s proprietary technology. Its main performance parameters and control technology have reached International advanced level. The hydraulic system, transmission system, reducer, electrical control system and other main components are made of first-class international brand products with high reliability.
1. The digital instrument provides real-time automatic display of core construction parameters during operation, including actual torque and push-pull force, enabling straightforward and user-friendly operation. Leveraging high-sensitivity electronic sensing technology, it delivers prompt feedback on instantaneous overloads, offering dependable protection for the drilling rig at all times.
2. The elastic balance release technology for PE pipelines effectively mitigates equipment damage triggered by the reaction force from back-towed pipelines, thereby boosting the overall reliability of the equipment during construction operations.
3. Thanks to the patented rotatable tooth seat technology, the drill pipe can achieve automatic centering and secure clamping, laying a solid foundation for precise and stable drilling performance.
4. Equipped with advanced overload protection technology, the drilling rig’s rotational torque, push-pull force, and vise clamping force are all adjustable. It adopts digital pressure regulation, allowing for hassle-free adjustment and accurate parameter presetting to meet diverse construction needs.
5. The cab features a 45° rotation capability, which optimizes the operator’s field of view and significantly enhances comfort during prolonged construction shifts.
6. Integrating mud auto-start/stop technology and adaptive mud flow control, the drilling rig can automatically open or close the mud channel based on its operational status. It also adjusts mud flow in real time according to factors like engine speed, push-pull speed, and reaming stage, substantially reducing mud wastage.
7. The vise is designed with semi-automatic one-key operation, supporting one-key clamping for shackle tasks and semi-automatic one-key flipping and leveling. This streamlined design drastically cuts down on repetitive operations for operators, boosting overall work efficiency.
8. The constant torque automatic reaming function realizes reaming construction with stable constant torque based on load feedback. This further optimizes the automatic reaming performance, ensuring both high efficiency and superior construction quality.
9. The swing drilling function enables the drilling rig to perform rapid forward and reverse rotation via the power head for swing drilling operations. This effectively addresses common on-site issues such as drill jamming and difficult drilling scenarios.
10. Multiple working modes are available, with three switchable options: normal, soil layer, and rock layer. It is well-suited for various working conditions, including rapid soil cutting and precise micro-motion control in rock layers. Mode parameters can also be modified according to actual construction requirements for greater flexibility.
11. Rotary gear adaptation is achieved through an automatic gear control system based on stepless rotary speed regulation and rotary torque negative feedback. When a long-term mismatch between current torque and gear is detected, the system automatically adjusts the gear, effectively achieving overload protection and efficient construction.
12. The vise boasts adaptive clamping force, automatically setting the clamping pressure based on the current torque limit value. This effectively reduces wear on vise teeth, drill pipes, and drilling tools, extending the service life of both the drilling rig and its accessories.
13. The memory cruise function supports one-key cruise based on push-pull speed locking/memory and rotation speed locking/memory. With a single click, it can restore the construction status of the previous cycle, proving particularly effective in the stable reaming stage to ensure consistent construction quality.
14. The engine intelligent module incorporates multiple practical functions, including automatic idling, one-key working speed adjustment, and engine power control. It effectively reduces fuel consumption during standby and provides reliable protection for the engine under extreme load conditions.
17. The safety module integrates a range of protective functions, such as power head position monitoring, deceleration zone setting for the power head, semi-automatic anti-collision, and upper rod torque limiting, comprehensively enhancing the overall safety of the entire machine during operation.
