XCMG XR800E Rotary Drilling Rig
XCMG XR800E rotary drilling rig is a new generation of super large tonnage model under the E-series product line. It adopts a range of high-performance structural designs, including a non-retractable pin-linked chassis, large vertical plate structure rotary platform, large triangle luffing mechanism, upper-mounted main winch, segmented plate thick-type drilling mast, and vertical pin type power head structure, all of which jointly guarantee exceptional stability and reliability of the entire machine during heavy-duty construction operations.
XCMG XR800E Performance Features
1. Adopts fixed pin shaft connected crawler chassis for rotary drilling rig, equipped with large-diameter slewing bearing, ensuring super stability and convenient transportation. The chassis is with swing outriggers for auxiliary disassembly.
2. The hydraulic system adopts load sensing technology for higher efficiency and better energy saving; integrated three-in-one radiator system with compact structure and high heat dissipation efficiency is applied.
3. Imported Cummins engine is adopted with strong power and sufficient power reserve to meet plateau construction requirements, and the noise and emission comply with Euro III standards.
4. Unique large triangular luffing mechanism and extra-large drill mast section are adopted to improve the stability of the equipment working device and ensure the hole forming quality in the construction of large-diameter and ultra-deep pile holes.
5. XCMG D-series single-row rope main winch structure is adopted. The main winch steel wire rope can realize single-row rope winding under the full drilling depth condition, which effectively solves the steel wire rope “rope biting” problem and greatly prolongs the service life of the steel wire rope.
6. The power head has high-speed mode, normal mode and rock entry mode, realizing soil dumping, soil layer operation and rock layer operation respectively to improve construction efficiency. The power head has automatic rotation function, and the rotating speed can be continuously adjusted in normal mode and rock entry mode.
7. Standard centralized lubrication system for more convenient maintenance and higher working reliability.

XCMG XR800E Technical Introduction
1. Chassis
XCMG TDP series articulated crawler chassis special for large-tonnage rotary drilling rigs is adopted. The frame and the crawler walking device are connected by the pin shaft driven by hydraulic cylinder.
The jacking device mounted on chassis features large stroke and large span. The jacking cylinder can also move up and down under its own action to facilitate the disassembly and transportation of the vehicle. The travel motor is protected by a reinforced hinged cover, making maintenance more convenient.
The large-diameter heavy-duty three-row roller internal meshing slewing support is adopted and the internal transmission is connected to automatic lubrication system, which greatly prolongs the life of components and ultimately extends the machine’s service time. The crawler is designed with a combination of crawler plate and chain links. The crawler plate is integrally cast with wear-resisting and heat-treated alloy cast steel material. It has a widened and reinforced working surface which can better cope with external impact, extending the life of crawlers and increasing the overall reliability of the machine.
Full hydraulic self-adjustable crawler tensioning system with diaphragm accumulator is adopted, which can automatically adapt to the tension of crawlers according to working conditions, further extending the service life of crawlers.

The main and auxiliary winches all adopt XCMG industry-leading single-row rope technology, which effectively solves the wear problem to greatly prolong the service life of wire rope by 2~4 times. The upper main winch is connected by a pin shaft, which has high connection strength and is convenient to dismounting. The main winch bracket of box-type structure is safe and reliable. The main winch meets the M6 working condition, and the life of the reducer can reach up to 10000h.

Mechanical interlock or frictional drill rods are optional for XR800E rotary drilling rig. Mechanical interlock drill rod is suitable for rock formation and frictional drill rod is for soil layer. The box-type design of high-strength material combines strength and rigidity. It is equipped with a double-boom large parallelogram luffing mechanism to obtain larger support range and support angle and more stable operations.

Anti-noise cab with FOPS function is equipped with air conditioner, internal and external lighting, windshield wiper with water spray function, etc. Large skylight design provides a good view; upper protective net can be opened for easy cleaning. The seat, display screen and monitor screen can be adjusted to provide the operator with a comfortable working environment.
9. Electrical system
Rexroth RC30 series controller and Hirschmann 10-inch displayer are adopted; the displayer employs page layout, taking full consideration of humanization and convenience; hierarchical processing is adopted, and data calibration, parameter modification, etc. require different permissions; sensors of inclination, pressure, etc. adopt imported components; wiring harness adopts knitting technology to be waterproof and wear-resistant; gadgets like rubber are applied to connectors to ensure waterproof performance.
