XR600E Rotary Drilling Rig Product Introduction

As the new-generation super-tonnage product of our E-series rotary drilling rigs, the XR600E is specially engineered for high-end, large-scale foundation construction projects. To ensure exceptional overall machine stability and long-term operational reliability—core requirements for super-tonnage construction machinery—it is equipped with a full set of optimized large-scale structural components. These key parts include a large vertical panel turntable, a heavy-duty large triangle luffing mechanism, a sectional thick plate type drilling mast, and a vertical pin type rotary drive bracket, all of which work together to support stable operation under heavy-duty and complex working conditions.

With its super-tonnage performance advantages, the XR600E rotary drilling rig is widely applied in the drilling operation of cast-in-place concrete piles, especially those with super large diameter, great depth, or in hard rock formations. It is particularly suitable for large bridge projects, as well as other large-scale infrastructure projects that require high drilling precision and stability. This rotary drilling rig offers strong adaptability to diverse construction scenarios and geological conditions.

In practical application, the XR600E can be flexibly equipped with interlocking or friction Kelly bars, and cooperates seamlessly with various drilling tools such as drilling buckets, core barrels, and short augers to meet different drilling needs. Additionally, it can be matched with other auxiliary construction devices including casing oscillators and casing rotators, further expanding its application scope and enabling it to tackle more complex foundation construction tasks, becoming a reliable core equipment for global large-scale foundation engineering contractors.

XR600E Rotary Drilling Rig Highlights

1.The retractable crawler chassis with swing legs ensures the stability of super tonnage rigs and the convenience of disassembled transportation. The super-long wheel base makes it more suitable for different strata.

2.The double-large vertical plate box-type slewing platform structure makes the operation more stable and reliable.

3.The modular rotary drive with multi gears is designed for soil and rock operations. The rotary drive speed is continuously adjustable in both normal and entering-rock modes, which improves construction efficiency and reduces operating intensity.

4.Both the main and auxiliary winches adopt single-layer rope technology. The service life of the wire rope is 2-4 times longer than that of multi-layer rope, and the use cost is lower.

5.The overhead main winch is connected on the platform by pin shaft, which has high connection strength and convenient disassembly and assembly. The main winch bracket adapts box-type structure which is safe and reliable. The main winch meets M6 working conditions, and the service life of the reducer can reach up to 10,000 hours.

6.The main and auxiliary systems adopt load-sensitive control technology to get quick response and good operating performance.

7.The intelligent heat dissipation control system reduces energy consumption and achieves energy conservation.

8.There are intelligent auxiliary technologies: automatic adjustment of mast verticality , automatic rotation positioning, automatic spin-off, and automatic rotation of rotary drive.

Technical Introduction

1、Chassis

XCMG TDP series retractable tracked chassis dedicated for large-tonnage rotary drilling rig has high structural strength and super stability. Support leg oil cylinders are installed at the bottom of the frame for easy disassembly of left and right tracks. The track adopts a combination design of track shoes and track links. The track shoes are made of high wear-resistant heat treated alloy cast steel material and are integrally cast. They have a widened and reinforced working surface, which can better cope with external impacts, extend the service life of the track, and improve the overall reliability of the machine.

5、Winch

6、Kelly bar

XR600E rotary drilling rig can be equipped with interlocking type or friction type Kelly bars. The interlocking type Kelly bar is suitable for rock strata and the friction type is suitable for soil layers. The Kelly bars include 4-section interlocking type, 5-section friction type, and 6-section friction type.

7、Mast

The box-shaped structural design with high strength materials incorporates both strength and rigidity. The double boom large parallelogram luffing mechanism realizes larger support range and angle and higher working stability.

8、Cab

The noise-proof cab with FOPS structure is equipped with air conditioner, interior and exterior illuminating lamps, and windshield wiper with water spray function. The large sunroof design provides a good vision field. The upper protective screen can be opened to ease the cleaning. The seat, display screen, and the monitor screen are adjustable to provide comfortable operating environment for the operator.

9、 Electrical System

It adopts Rexroth RC28 series controller and WIKA ICP7100 series display. The page layout of display fully considers humanization and convenience. The hierarchical processing, data calibration, and parameter modification require different permissions. The inclination, pressure and other sensors adopt imported components. The wiring harness adopts weaving technology, which is waterproof and wear-resistant. Rubber and other small accessories are added to the connector to ensure waterproof performance.
