Structurally, the XCMG XR400E is composed of a stable crawler chassis and a professional drilling upper structure, ensuring excellent mobility and operational flexibility on complex construction sites. To adapt to diverse geological layers, it can be equipped with different drilling tools, which work seamlessly with friction or mechanical interlocking Kelly bars, as well as crowd cylinders or crowd winches, to achieve efficient and precise drilling operations.

10、Electrical system
The system voltage is 24V, and controller, display, scram button, infrared camera system of main winch, fuse box and power master switch are adopted.
In consideration of the construction technology of rotary drilling rigs, the system adopts CANBUS control technology, integrated circuit technology and CANBUS virtual instrument technology. The human-machine interface is simple for operation and provides automatic real-time display. The PLC control system can automatically/manually adjust the verticality of the drilling mast which is shown in real time and dynamically on the display in the form of “cross” and numerical value, and the pore-forming accuracy can reach 1/400 or above. The drilling depth is automatically detected and displayed in real time, and the drilling depth error is controlled within 1%. There are various security alarms and prompt messages such as drilling mast limit, luffing limit, main winch limit, rocker arm anti-interference system, misoperation alarm, filter alarm and maintenance prompts which can furthest protect the safety of the operator and the machine.
