As the new-generation medium-tonnage product of the company’s E-series construction machinery, the XR200E rotary drilling rig is upgraded and upgraded based on the mature XR180D model. On the basis of inheriting the stable performance of the previous generation, this rotary drilling rig has increased power output and optimized system flow, which effectively improves operational efficiency, shortens the construction cycle, and brings more considerable economic benefits to global construction contractors.
In order to further enhance operational stability and long-term reliability, the XR200E rotary drilling rig has comprehensively optimized large-scale structural components. It is equipped with an I-beam structure rotating platform to ensure stable load-bearing during operation; a double-arm large parallelogram variable amplitude mechanism to realize smooth and precise amplitude adjustment; a segmented thick-plate drilling mast with strong anti-deformation ability; and a vertical pin rotary drive bracket to improve the stability of power transmission. These professional structural designs make the equipment more reliable in high-intensity and long-term foundation drilling operations.
The XR200E rotary drilling rig is mainly used for the construction of cast-in-place concrete piles in various engineering projects, including roads, railways, bridges, large venues and other infrastructure constructions, and it is particularly suitable for industrial and civil building foundation projects. In practical application, it can be flexibly equipped with mechanical interlocking or friction Kelly bars, and cooperate with different types of rotary buckets such as sand drilling buckets, tubular drills and short spiral drills. At the same time, it supports CFA (continuous flight auger) or dual rotary drive working modes, which can adapt to diverse geological conditions and foundation construction needs, becoming a cost-effective choice for medium-tonnage rotary drilling operations.
