The XR160E rotary drilling rig is a new-generation small-tonnage model in our E‑series product line. Upgraded from the proven XR150DIII, it features optimized electro‑hydraulic and engine system matching, delivering higher working efficiency and lower energy consumption.
To enhance stability and reliability under continuous operation, the XR160E is equipped with upgraded heavy‑duty structural components, including an I‑beam structured slewing platform, double jib parallelogram luffing mechanism, and segmented thick‑plate drilling mast.
This rig is widely used for cast‑in‑place concrete pile boring in roads, railways, bridges, large venues, and various infrastructure projects. It is particularly suitable for industrial and civil building foundation construction.
The XR160E can be equipped with mechanical interlocking or friction Kelly bars, and works efficiently with various drilling tools including sand drilling buckets, tubular drills, and short spiral drills. It also supports CFA and dual rotary drive systems for versatile construction applications.
Introduction to the highlights of XR160E rotary drilling machine
1.Cylinder crowded, winch crowded, drive of casing pipe, CFA ,spin-off type function are optional.
2.It adopts guangxi cummins turbocharged engine with electro-control which provides strong power and meets the requirements of EU3 emission standard,can select imported engine of cummins.
3.With a maximum output torque of 160 kN·m and a maximum speed of 35 r/min, the rotary drive can work more efficiently.
4.With the single rope main winch, it efficiently solves the problem of wire rope wear, and improves the service life of wire rope .
5.The double jib parallelogram luffing mechanism has a large support angle and a 24% increase in support range, which makes the operation more stable.
6.The main hydraulic system adopts negative flow control technology and large displacement main pump with low speed engine, which has lower fuel consumption and higher efficiency.
7.The intelligent control system realizes automatic adjustment & display of mast verticality, automatic soil shake-off, automatic forward & reverse rotation of rotary drive for spin-off, and ground-touching protection, making the whole machine more intelligent and the operation more convenient and safer.
8.With a large diameter slewing bearing, the TDP series hydraulic crawler chassis dictated for rotary drilling rigs ensures better working stability.

The segmented-plate thick box-type design of high-strength material combines strength and rigidity. It is equipped with double jib large parallelogram luffing mechanism to obtain larger support range, support angle and more stable operations.

Anti-noise cab with FOPS function is equipped with air conditioner, internal and external lighting, windshield wiper with water spray function, etc. Large skylight design provides a good view; upper protective net can be opened for easy cleaning.
