The XR130E rotary drilling rig is composed of a stable crawler chassis and a functional upper structure structure. This model is widely applied in the hole-forming construction of cast-in-place concrete piles for various foundation engineering projects, including roads, railways, bridges, ports and urban buildings. It is particularly ideal for the industrial and civil construction market.

The XR130E supports the use of both mechanical interlocking Kelly bars and friction Kelly bars, delivering strong adaptability to different geological conditions and construction requirements, ensuring reliable and efficient performance in diverse foundation works.

1. It adopts hydraulic retractable crawler chassis dedicated for rotary drilling rig and large-diameter slewing bearing to achieve superior stability and convenient transportation. The long distance between wheels’ axis is more adaptable to the stratum.

2. The whole machine is transported with the Kelly bar. The transportation width is only 2.5 meters and the height is only 3.5 meters with low transportation weight and great convenience.

3. The output speed of the rotary drive, the main and auxiliary winch is high, achieving greater construction efficiency.

4. It offers reliable performance, high cost efficiency, more extended functions and greater choice room.

5. It adopts Guangxi Cummins electronically controlled turbocharged engine with strong power to meet EU stage III emission standard and can be configured with imported Cummins engine.

7. The use of CAN bus full electronic control technology simplifies the hydraulic pipeline and improves the reliability of the machine, fully embodying the integration of man, machine, hydraumatic and electricity.

4、Cab

6、Drilling Mast

The patented parallelogram luffing mechanism realizes a wide range of working areas. The drilling mast is designed as a high-strength box-shaped structure with high rigidity to ensure the accuracy of drilling aperture. The hinged parts adopt lubrication-free bearings for flexible rotation.

9、Drilling Tools

Long and short auger tools, ordinary drilling bucket, sand drilling bucket can be used.

10、Electric system

It adopts advanced intelligent control technology, CANBUS technology and virtual instrument technology. The human-machine interface is easy to operate and to observe, which can directly display the perpendicularity of the mast and the depth of the aperture. It can also automatically detect and display the record in real time and record the fault in the operation process, including various alarm information like the on-line debugging and diagnosis of the input/output signals, drilling mast limit, variable amplitude limit, main winch limit, filter block and maintenance tips.

The PLC control system can automatically or manually adjust the perpendicularity of the drilling mast. The perpendicularity of the drilling mast is dynamically displayed on the displayer in real time in the form of both “cross” images and numerical values.
