The XR130E rotary drilling rig is composed of a stable crawler chassis and a functional upper structure structure. This model is widely applied in the hole-forming construction of cast-in-place concrete piles for various foundation engineering projects, including roads, railways, bridges, ports and urban buildings. It is particularly ideal for the industrial and civil construction market.
The XR130E supports the use of both mechanical interlocking Kelly bars and friction Kelly bars, delivering strong adaptability to different geological conditions and construction requirements, ensuring reliable and efficient performance in diverse foundation works.

XR130E Rotary Drilling Rig Highlights Introduction
1. It adopts hydraulic retractable crawler chassis dedicated for rotary drilling rig and large-diameter slewing bearing to achieve superior stability and convenient transportation. The long distance between wheels’ axis is more adaptable to the stratum.
2. The whole machine is transported with the Kelly bar. The transportation width is only 2.5 meters and the height is only 3.5 meters with low transportation weight and great convenience.

10、Electric system
It adopts advanced intelligent control technology, CANBUS technology and virtual instrument technology. The human-machine interface is easy to operate and to observe, which can directly display the perpendicularity of the mast and the depth of the aperture. It can also automatically detect and display the record in real time and record the fault in the operation process, including various alarm information like the on-line debugging and diagnosis of the input/output signals, drilling mast limit, variable amplitude limit, main winch limit, filter block and maintenance tips.
The PLC control system can automatically or manually adjust the perpendicularity of the drilling mast. The perpendicularity of the drilling mast is dynamically displayed on the displayer in real time in the form of both “cross” images and numerical values.
