This upgrade centered on two key initiatives: the standardized renovation of the rotary drilling rig paint spray booth​ and the expansion of our rotary drilling rig maintenance workstations to 8 units, further optimizing the entire production line and after-sales service system for our esteemed clients. To better meet the stringent requirements of international and Southeast Asian local rotary drilling rig construction standards, as well as the growing demand from customers for high-performance rigs in terms of product quality, durability, environmental friendliness, and operational stability, we launched a comprehensive factory upgrade plan. This plan prioritized enhancing two core links critical to the overall quality, service life, and operational safety of engineering rotary drilling rigs: painting​ and maintenance.

The standardized renovation of the rotary drilling rig paint spray booth​ was a cornerstone of this upgrade. Adhering to standardized operating procedures, the renovated environmentally friendly paint spray booth​ ensures uniform, corrosion-resistant paint films for industrial rotary drilling rigs, significantly improving both the equipment’s appearance and service life. Moreover, it enables green, low-carbon production, reducing environmental impact and meeting the green construction requirements of local infrastructure projects.

Additionally, we expanded our rotary drilling rig maintenance workshop, increasing the number of professional maintenance workstations from the original count to 8 units. This has established a professional, efficient, and systematic after-sales maintenance service system​ for rotary drilling rigs. Each maintenance workstation is equipped with complete specialized tools and dedicated storage areas for rig parts, staffed by experienced and highly skilled maintenance engineers. The expansion of maintenance workstations not only boosts the pre-delivery inspection and repair efficiency of exported rigs—ensuring every customized rig delivered to clients meets the highest quality standards—but also lays a solid foundation for providing timely and efficient after-sales services to global clients, especially those in Southeast Asia.

Looking ahead, we will provide rotary drilling rig parts replacement​ and professional technical support​ to clients in Southeast Asian countries including Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines, and Singapore. This will effectively reduce client downtime, enhance construction efficiency, and help lower project costs for pile foundation construction, bridge building, urban renewal, and underground space development.
